Your front windshield can have a tint of up to 35%. The front windows of your side windows should allow for more than 50% light in. You can tint the back windshield and rear windows with any color.
Arizona-
Your windshield should allow at least 33% light through it. At least 43% must be allowed through the front windows of the driver. The rear windshield can be tinted at any level, while the rear windows must allow for more light than 43%.
Arkansas-
